[quote user="CyberAlien" post="30064"]Instead of this:
Code: Select all
   <tr>
     <th colspan="2" align="center" height="25" nowrap="nowrap">&nbsp;{L_TOPICS}&nbsp;</th>
     <th width="50" align="center" nowrap="nowrap">&nbsp;{L_REPLIES}&nbsp;</th>
     <th width="100" align="center" nowrap="nowrap">&nbsp;{L_AUTHOR}&nbsp;</th>
     <th width="50" align="center" nowrap="nowrap">&nbsp;{L_VIEWS}&nbsp;</th>
     <th align="center" nowrap="nowrap">&nbsp;{L_LASTPOST}&nbsp;</th>
   </tr>
use this:
Code: Select all
<tr>
   <td class="spaceRow" colspan="6"><img src="templates/ca_aphrodite/images/spacer.gif" width="1" height="3" alt="" /></td>
</tr>
[/quote]

After I updated to the phpBB 2.0.15 version and I edited the files again, it isn't working like before.

The spacebar is always showned, what´s wrong? :roll:

Do you have extreme styles mod installed on that forum? This code requires xs_mod.
Do NOT pm me, I don't visit this forum anymore, don't own it, don't provide any support and don't moderate.

Yes, I have it of course.

It worked well before I updated my forum.

I edited the files like this:

Code: Select all
Open viewforum.php, find this:
Code: [download]

   1.            'TOPIC_TYPE' => $topic_type,

and add after it:
Code: [download]

   1.            'TOPIC_TYPE_NUM' => $topic_rowset[$i]['topic_type'] + 1,

then open \templates\ca_aphrodite\viewforum_body.tpl, find this:
Code: [download]

   1.    <!-- BEGIN topicrow -->

and add before it:
Code: [download]

   1.    <!-- DEFINE $LAST_TYPE = 1 -->

and then add after <!-- BEGIN topicrow -->:

1. <!-- IF topicrow.TOPIC_TYPE_NUM < $LAST_TYPE -->
2. <!-- DEFINE $LAST_TYPE = topicrow.TOPIC_TYPE_NUM -->
3. <tr>
4.    <td class="spaceRow" colspan="6"><img src="templates/ca_aphrodite/images/spacer.gif" width="1" height="3" alt="" /></td>
5. </tr>
6. <!-- ELSEIF topicrow.TOPIC_TYPE_NUM > 1 -->
7. <!-- DEFINE $LAST_TYPE = 2 -->
8. <!-- ENDIF -->

How can I take the code and make two seperate areas and also name one Stickies and the other Announcements? I have done it once already and I have the stickies and announcements in a seperate area from the regular posts but I would like to clean it up alittle more, thanks.

Well, similar to the question before, I would like to get seperate headers, too.

In tpl it looks like this:

Code: Select all
<tr>
   <th colspan="2">{L_IMPORTANT_TOPICS}</th>
   <th width="50">{L_REPLIES}</th>
   <th>{L_AUTHOR}</th>
   <th width="50">{L_VIEWS}</th>
   <th>{L_LASTPOST}</th>
</tr>
<!-- DEFINE $LAST_TYPE = 1 -->
<!-- BEGIN topicrow -->
<!-- IF topicrow.TOPIC_TYPE_NUM < $LAST_TYPE -->
<!-- DEFINE $LAST_TYPE = topicrow.TOPIC_TYPE_NUM -->
<tr>
   <th colspan="2">{L_TOPICS}</th>
   <th width="50">{L_REPLIES}</th>
   <th>{L_AUTHOR}</th>
   <th width="50">{L_VIEWS}</th>
   <th>{L_LASTPOST}</th>
</tr>
<!-- ELSEIF topicrow.TOPIC_TYPE_NUM > 1 -->
<!-- DEFINE $LAST_TYPE = 2 -->
<!-- ENDIF -->

As you can imagine, the problem right now is, that if there is only a normal topic in this forum it will get named with L_IMPORTANT_TOPICS, although it should be named with L_TOPICS...is there a way with another bit of code that it would change the header-name the way it's meant by me?
