Hello,

Thanks for the praise. As for Optimized phpBB, you'd have to ask one of the developers of it to convert it.

Will XS Nav Mod work for this? If not, is there any other way to make a sidebar?

Hello,

Yes it is compatible with Apollo after some tweaks. I converted it for somebody at one point, but I can't find it on my drive. Try sending a PM to the user husker or Cyprus for it.

These are the instructions that are required to update Apollo for phpBB 2.0.22.

phpBB 2.0.22 causes the quick reply in both the topic and private message pages due to the fact that it now verifies your session when you post.

The following code changes will fix this issue.

Please Note:
  • You do NOT need to do the posting_body.tpl updates as specified in the upgrade file. This fix was already added to Apollo when it was released.
  • If you are using a fresh install of Apollo with phpBB 2.0.22, then you don't need to do this fix.

The Code Fixes
Code: Select all

Hello yetiboy,

Thanks for joining phpBBStyles, and for using my style.

That error is caused because you did not CHMOD the directory "*root_phpbb_folder*/images/avatars/" to be writable at 777.

Well I'll be damned, who knew it was that easy - the things you learn when you install this stuff for the first time.

Thanks for the help! And the style is fantastic, excellent work Anthony.
